Both Joseph "Joe" Howlett and Susan M. "Suda"/"Sudie" Bell were born in KY. I have not found them in the 1900 Census for KY or TX however by 1910 they are in McKinney, Collin Co., TX living next door to George & Laura (Whitworth) Bell, Suda's brother.
Suda Bell's father (Wm H Bell) was a Blacksmith and her son, Earl Howlett is listed as a Blacksmith in the 1930 Census, having his own shop.
Any info to fill in the gaps would be appreciated.
