Hello Jennifer,
You don't give any appx years ie for marriage or births re your Howells and Morris .
However, I had a look to see if I could find any ref to the names you gave.
I found a marriage ref for a TEGWEN HOWELLS and a David MORRIS marrying in the Registration District of Merthyr Tydfil, which is in Glamorganshire. The year was 1922.
Also, I found a ref for the birth of a TegWEN HOWELLS born in 1901 in the Reg Disc't of Merthyr Tydfil.
I guess you would know if the above years would mean anything.
