IRONTON. Sept. 11 — C. R. Howell
Death claimed Charles Roscoe (Ross) Howell, 57, Friday afternoon at the home of James Pyles, 511 Scott Avenue, following an illness of some time. He retired as foreman at the malleable plant three years ago.
Mr. Howell was a son of William and Catherine Howell. He is survived by four children, William, Charles, Catherine and Vera, all of Portsmouth, and one brother, Carl of Sciotoville. He was a member of the U. B. Church.
