Seeking information on the parents of NELLIE ELIZABETH KELLEY (bn. 8 March 1870 Chicago, Illinois)she married JOHN R.SMOOT 6 Aug 1893 in Chicago,Illinois and had a child there in 1894. She died 19 March 1931 in Kansas City, MO and her death certificate says her parents were JAMES KELLEY and KATE HOWE both born Ireland.
(She was a Catholic, but did not marry in the Catholic Church according to her marriage license.)
