Hello,
I am sorry, but I inadvertantly left out a generation between Leofric of Mercia and his wife Godiva, they had a only son Alfgar, who was actually the father of Edwin, Morcar and Edith.
Please forgive me this error, I normally do not make mistakes such as this, the only excuse I can offer, is that I was perhaps too hasty in my posted reply.
