Greetings! I am looking for information on Jacob D. Hovis, who reside din Gaston County, North Carolina, in the 1860s. He served in Company H, 37th North Carolina Troops during the Civil War. I am looking for his dates of birth/death, place of burial, and any other details about his life. This information will be used in a upcoming book on the 37th NCT.
