G.M. Houston and sister Sallie letter from Lucy Stewart to Arthur Roberts

In going through some things kept by my husband's grandmother, I have found a letter written to Authur Roberts by Lucy Stewart. The heading is "Champaign, Ill, Feb. 16, 1890. The letter may have been passed around. Other names on the outside include Sallie Weems (my husband's ggrandmother), G. M. Houston (her brother). Both of these were in Winnsboro, TX. J. M. Harper (?), Leesburg, MS is also on the outside. I know that "Grandma Sallie," as she was called, came to Texas from MS. I don't know anything about the connection to Illinois.
