Marvin: Thanks so much for the papers you sent! Looks like Richard's birth date could be 10 0r 12 July, 1778. Our real problem is with Margaret Wright! The Margaret Wright b. 12 Jan 1741or2 in Pr. Geo. Queen Anne, Md., the d/o John & Rachel(Wells( Wright marr. 4 June 1768 Joseph Hollingsworth (1735-1792) s/o Geo. & Hannah(McKay) and brother of our Abraham. She had m. lst John Hammer in Nov. 1758. She & Joseph had 10 ch. between 1769 & 1787.
Our Abraham & Margaret Wright (If that was her name) had
our 7 ch. bet 1763 & 1778. Our Margaret was b. c 1741 in Fred. Co. Va. d. bef Mar 1789 & m. Abraham c 1762. We don't have any real facts about her. I don't think we have
any idea who our grandmother was. Somebody prove me wrong!
Fern Hunter
