Permelia Palmer Houghtaling is my great-great grandmother and was born: May 23, 1804 in NY to Robert and Martha Palmer. She was married at Coxsackie, NY. Died: May 17, 1880 at Flint, MI and is buried in Lapeer, MI. Her son Joseph J. Houghtaling born: October 16, 1826 in NY, married Eunice Priestly September 08, 1850 and died October 12, 1899. If i am remembering correctly, their son William had a twin brother named John.
