Mr. Bauserman, this info. comes from Mary Catherine (Hott) Kuykendall's book (she is now deceased). David Fries Hott was the father of Fannie Belle Hott. He was b. 8/31/1830 at Gerrardstown, Berkeley Co., WV and d. 6/6/1915. His parents were Jacob F. and Anna (Fries) Hott. David m. Rachel Ann Hancher on 10/27/1857 in Winchester, VA. I don't know if there are any copies of Mary Catherine's book still available. Her husband was Bill and I assume he is still alive as the house still appears lived in. His address is Rt.1 Box 233, Baker, WV 26801 ph. no. 304-897-5802. These numbers are from the 90's so they may have changed. I hope this helps.
