Thanks for your reply -- and wow! I sure can't believe I spelled Nicholas' name like I did!

One question - were you successful in finding your Elizabeth's birthdate in records in Otsego Co.? Or was your information from Bible, etc.? I am curious as to what church they may have attended while in Cooperstown -- any clue at all that will give me something more to work on for determining more about my John's family.

How long did your Jacob stay in Minden, Elinor? Thanks for your help. Shirley
