John Hosmer, Private, served with Company B, H, 50th New York Engineers. Rank out: Corporal. Mustered Sept 7, 1861. Discharged June 13, 1865. Age 30

Raised a family in Bradford county, Pennsylvania then abt 1881 moved west and raised a second family in Pingree, North Dakota where he died in 1903.
