It has been quite a while since I looked at this part of my database. Now I see that some changes are in order. After looking at my notes I now think that William Horseman was probably born between 1747 and 1760. I know that he was first married in 1781 at Hopewell MM, VA to Mercy Lupton - she was 18 then, he is not likely to have been younger. I also know that he was a child (probably 17 or less) in 1765 when his parents took him to York, PA. I'd be glad to exchange information with you. The "Facts" in this area are not very clear. All I really have is partial records from the several Quaker Monthly Meeting minutes. Which one of Charles and Elizabeth Horseman's children are you descended from?
