Arthur Horsefield - Royal Field Artillery WW1

I am trying to find any descendants of an Arthur Horsefield who served as a gunner in the Royal Field Artillery (No.84545) during WW1. I have purchased his WW1 Victory Medal on Ebay and would like to return it to one of his family.
