William, Lucy, and Ebenezer Hornsby

Daniel,
I am very interested in your reply. I have been tracing the Hornsby Genealogy for two years. I have been thinking for some time, the link I had with William Blake Hornsby is not right. I have two copies from the STROUD BIBLE. One was from Genealogical Publishing Company in Baltimore (1974). The other one is
from the South Carolina Historical Magazine. Neither say anything about Ebenezer Hornsby.
I have the census for Wake County NC 1800, and Ebenezer is listed. Ebenezer, William and
James appear in 1830 in the Roane County TN census. William and James settled there. Ebenezer went west to Hardeman County TN. He is listed in the 1840 census. He lived out the rest of his life there.
Can you tell me anything more about William and Lucy Hornsby? Do you know who William's father and mother was? Any dates? Any help is really appreciated.
Thank you for your reply.
Kenneth E. Hornsby
