Walter W. Horner, math teacher, Pittsburgh
Posted by: Christian Boyer (ID *****3949) Date: January 23, 2010 at 10:28:23

Maybe you can help me!
I am looking for information on Walter W. Horner: he was (at least in 1966) a retired mathematics teacher of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Walter Horner is the first author of additive-multiplicative magic squares, in 50's, as given in my website:
http://www.multimagie.com/English/Multiplicative8_9.htm
or for example in:
http://mathworld.wolfram.com/Addition-MultiplicationMagicSquare.html

Thanks for any biographical information!
