We have a match William “Billy” Brown and Elizabeth Hornbeck are my G.G.G.G. Grandparents. I have acquired information not only on William but Elizabeth as well. I am searching for information on William’s Father Coleburn, AKA Colebern, Coleman Brown. He was born Abt. 1750 place unknown. He was shot and killed by Chief Logan of the Mingo Tribe on July 12, 1774 in Virginia (is now West Virginia) he is referred to in Alexander S. Withers Book tilted Chronicles of Border Wafer on pages 156-157. E-mail me and I will be happy to share what I have. Michelle J. Jones e-mail micjonespi@aol.com
