I said it before and I'll say it again, and I don't mean to sound argumentative, but several years ago I was at the Eastern KY State University Genealogical Library doing research and I was panting heavily after this Horn line (Aaron & Elizabeth, at Boonesboro, but earlier in Washington Co, VA, & Kent Co, MD, according to records I have) and I was pulling book after book off the shelf, looking thru the index for an Aaron Horn, and I came across an ARON HORN (late 1600's) in the NY Manhattan Island area (I think I remember this part right) and he was talking about an Indian massacre and it being so terrible...somewhere here in my file cabinet I have a copy of what I'm talking about, and I'm in the process of trying to organize it and when I find that article, I will post it...I do believe this man plays a part in our Horn line, and until someone can show me that Johann Mathias/Johann Kroft Horn are ancestors of mine, I will say to my dying day that I DO NOT know who Aaron Horn's parents were...Kroft does not even resemble the name Christopher, it might resemble the name Kraft maybe, but most certainly not Christopher.
