You are confusing the different Jeremiah Horn's.While there were any number of men named "Jeremiah Horn" living in the United States in 1850 (at least three of them living in Indiana and members of the Quaker Church), but only one Jeremiah married into the Cherokee tribe. He had a son named Jeremiah, and two grandsons by that name. HE did NOT serve in the Civil War, but if he had, it would have been from his residence in Collin County TX where he lived from 1845 until his death, and where he is buried.
You are listing him with the wives of his son and/or grandsons. My grandfather was not on the Dawes roll, because he died before it was compiled. But he would not have been eligible- even if he had been alive! He was 100% "white" and was not living in the Cherokee Nation- as required by the enrollment laws.
