Hi,
I am looking of the family of Steven Hopper, he emigrated with his mother from Shanghai China as a Russian in the 1950's, I believe they disembarked in California and eventually settled in Milwaukee Wisconsin. The only other information I have is his birth & death date and possible children.
Steven Hopper b.10 Jan 1934 possibly in Shanghai or Manchuria and died 2 Feb 1997 in Milwaukee. I believe his children to be James & Nancy Hopper(also of Milwaukee). And he also served in the U.S. Navy at some point after which he became a Bus Driver.
I have tried looking up various records and the only item I could find was his Social Security no. but non U.S. citizens are not permitted access to these records. I am located in Sydney Australia, my mother is his stepbrother.
