Please help this Qwest for Jamie Williams.

I don't have a lot of specifics.
Let me tell you the whole story.
My grandmother Vera Pearl Clark (clark was her maiden name), was from England, not sure exactly where, but we've been told London.
Vera had two brothers, John and Maurice.
Vera was born in the early 1920's and came to the united states in the 40's.
The only names for Vera's parents that we have is Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hopkins.
Long story short... my mother was born in 1962 and when she was 4 years old her mother and father were killed in a car accident.
My mother has no kind of contact with her mother's family and that's why I am searching for any information.
I don't have a lot to go on, but any information from you would be so greatly appreciated. I don't have a birth place or anything like that.
