HOOVER/ROSE connection Berlin Center, Mahoning County OHIO

I am trying to find anyone who might know of a child born who was a ROSE but raised as a HOOVER,and probably raised in Berlin Center,Mahoning Couty OHIO. Both families lived in that Township. We have heard down through the years that there may have been a child (sex unknown) who was raised as a Hoover but was actually a Rose. The information is sketchy, but this child would most likely have been born "sometime" between the 1870's and 1900.Although those dates could also be off. I know that is a big span and I have very little information except what I have already mentioned. There is a "possibility" that the mother of that child "may" have been a HOLEMAN. If you have any information, no matter how small it may seem I would love to hear from you. This has been an on going mystery for the past 34 or longer years.
