THE STATE OF TEXAS,
COUNTY OF BEXAR,
County Court for the Settlement of Estates, to
June Term, 1856.
WHEREAS Geo. T. Howard, Administrator of the estate of Shields Hooker, deceased, has filed in said court a full and complete exhibit of the condition of said estate, together with his final account as administrator, both verified by affidavit, and also his application for leave to resign and be discharged, & c. Whereupon the county court at its May term, A. D., 1856, ordered a citation, returnable at the June term, A. D., 1856, thereof, to be published for twenty days in some newspaper published in Bexar County.
Now, therefore, all persons interested in said estate are hereby notified and cited to appear and contest said account, as they see proper, at the next ensuing term of said court, to be holden at the court house on the last Monday in June, A. D., 1856, when and where the said exhibit, account and petition will be acted upon.
Witness - Sam S. Smith, Clerk of the county court of said county, and the seal of said court, at office in San Antonio, this 30th day of May, A. D., 1856.
