I am looking to the descendants of James and Annie Hood (previously McMillan).

They both arrived in America in 1911. James departed from Glasgow on the ship, Furnessia, arriving at New York’s, Ellis Island immigration station on the 4th April 1911. James was followed by his wife, Annie and their daughter, Catherine (Kate) who both travelled on the same ship later that year, arriving at Ellis Island on the 24th August 1911. This log register shows she was going to live with her husband at East Rochester Avenue. In September 1918 James has a WW1 draft registration card on which he was living at 111 East Ave. in East Rochester & working at the American Piano Co. The 1930 census record for the Hood family shows a family of - Catherine, daughter, age 21, born in Scotland - Jessie M., daughter, age 16, born in New York - Anna M., daughter, age 14, born in New York - James D., son, age 10, born in New York

If you are a descendant of James or Annie please get in touch. Likewise if you know anything about the family anything that can be added to the above would be most appreciated.
