hello, im trying to do some research om my deceased grandmother. she is part cherokee indian.at the time we met her in 1972 she was living in soddy daisy tennessee.her name is georgia mae hood. she was born april 22, 1921. her social security number is 253-50-3166. i got that info from the social security index. i would like to know where she was born, her parents names and who she was related to. the last zip code where she resided at was 37404.her brother was living with her. his name is john hood.she had a sister that lived in dalton, georgia back in the 1980's i dont know her name she was married to a man named john carter.it was possible that my grandmother at one time could have been married. im not sure. her married name might have been wilcox.when we met her she had two other kids a boy and a girl, at this time if they are still living they would be in the late40's or early 50's.thier names would be dolly and jerry. thanks debbie
