I don't have much -

1. Augustine Hood plat for 104 acres on Lightwood Creek in Orangeburg Dist., SC by vacant lands and Zachariah Stiddon and surveyed 2 Aug. 1789.

2. Grant on 3 Sep 1792 to Augustine Hood 104 acres on the Edisto River, Orangeburg Co.

Lightwood Creek (evidently now called Lightwood Knot Creek) empties into the North Fork of the Edisto River, in present-day Lexington Co. near the border with Aiken Co. So, this may be the same land surveyed in 1789.

3. He wasn't listed on the 1778-1779 SC voting lists. So, either he lived elsewhere or he didn't own land so couldn't vote.
