My Great Grandfather was Afred Alber Hood Born Belfast 1868 married Eliza Anne Morgan nee Webster, he came to NZ when he was 23, died chch NZ 28/7/1912. His father was William Hood all we know is that he was in Ireland and that his ocupation was a coatguard. No wifes name is listed.
If anyone one has further information it would be great. Someone also contact a cousin Wayne Hood in chch nz about a book on the Hoods but he said no, my mother would be very interested to purchase this book.
