Brewer family 1875 - 1941 Hong Kong

I seek information about the family of my grandmother, Marie Kate Brewer, born in East Point, Hong Kong in 1884. My questions are inserted below:
Parents: Walter William Brewer, a Hong Kong bookseller. Went to H.K. from England between 1871 &'81. Married Fanny Page. Was she born and did they marry in H.K.? She died in Hong Kong in 1892. Is she buried there?
Children - Marie Kate, Walter Frederick (1886), and Herbert E (1888) - were taken to relatives in England. M.K. married in 1905, had two children, came to Canada in 1909.
Her father W.W. remarried Nell Instone, had a son, Noel. Took his family back to H.K. Died at sea in 1907.
W.F. took over bookselling business in H.K. but left to come to Canada. (When?) He never married; died in W.W.I.
Herbert E also lived in H.Kong. Married, had 4 children, 1 died. What happened to H.E.? Wife Connie and 2 daughters came to U.S., perhaps in 1941? Are there records of evacuees? Their son Peter Brewer died in W.W.II, I think?
What happened to Noel Instone Brewer?
