I'd say Ambrose and Townsend Honea are the same individuals. Both are laborers and likely they were moving from place to place working as they are in the Mangum household the second day. Either that or they were visiting Mangum kinfolks the following day. Census takers were instructed to take down the names of all people at the household no matter if they lived some place else. Check the original and on it you will find their relationship to the Mangum Family.
