Our information about Michael Alexander is poor, and we have few reported descendants. He was reported to us as Michael A.[4] Honaker (called Mike) (Ephriam[3], Jacob[2], Frederick[1]). Born ca. 1843. Married Eliza E. Ellis 4 Sep 1877 in Monroe Co., W.Va. Five children, Willy, Drew, James, George, Ernie. We did not know he had served in the Civil War or anything else about him. We have very sketchy data on Drew, James, George, Ernie, and would appreciate very much any material that you can send us on the line up to yourself and present-day. Michael is listed in Honaker Family in America, p. 58. FYI, our last reunion was in Vincennes, Ind., where Frederick fought in the Revolutionary War with Gen. George Rogers Clark. It is quite the story. Send your mailing address and I will send you a newsletter about it.
