I am a direct descendant from isaac Homewood b1654 d1723.My great great grandfather was George homewood b1860 d1931 and he married Esther Jarvis and had 10 children one of whom was rowland Homewood my great grandfather.

George Homewood was one of 11 children of Edward Homewood b 1824 d1900 he in turn was the son of James Homewood b1794 d1859.

I have now compiled a large family tree of the Homewoods going back 7 generations to Isaac Homewood.It appears that a large proportion of the family went to america to farm from the Smarden area.It would be great to push the family tree back byond 1654 @ forward from the1900's to the present day.

If anyone out there has information to do this or who wants help with their line of the family please feel free to contact me here in the uk at my e-mail adress.
