Just to add something: Richard C. Schreiner had two sons - Richard H. (dob 6-18-1872)the one who was eligible for the civil war pension because of age when his father died. The other son was Henry W. Schreiner born 9-7-1865.

In 1930 (Philadelphia)census there is a Richard H. Schreiner said to be 56 married to an Elizabeth with children William age 25 and Frances Price age 27. Daughter Frances Price is with her daughter Elizabeth L. age 3 8/12.

If dob was correct for Richard H., he should have been 54.
Do you have any info on more current family?
