Thank you for your informative answers. I really appreciate your patience in answering the questions in such detail.

We'll definitely send in the DNA to the Hollister project. I also plan to send in my DNA (McFarland). My sister and I are the primary researchers for a group of Hollisters (over 300 hundred Hollister descendants) --- our mother is a Hollister. Since we will be paying for the Hollister DNA tests, will the one who sends in the Hollister DNA and pays for the tests be the one who can look at the detailed results? Would I be able to look at the Hollister results (and other family results) after sending in my McFarland DNA --- or only the McFarland results? Anyway, you can see the problem --- our cousin who will contribute the Hollister DNA doesn't do genealogy research whereas my sister and I have been researching the Hollisters and related families for over 30 years. We both would like to be able to see the detailed results if possible.
