I don't know where to put in my two-cent's worth, but I have just recently found the Hollister website, and I am a descendant of Nathaniel and Mehitable Matson (I have it as Mattison). Their son David married Hpoe Clark and they had a daughter Mabel who married my gggrandfather Roswell Harding in Cortland, NY. She was his second of three wives .and the mother of my ggrandfather Benjamin. It is interesting to note that Roswell is buried in Cortland along with all three wives. They have a large obelisk headstone with the name of each inscribed on each of the four faces. I would be interested to hear from any descendants of David and Hope. I did not know of the migration of the Hollisters from Wethersfield, CT, but Roswell's father Benjamin lived in that area and served in the Revolutionary War. He was listed in a Col. Belden's regiment. I would like to find some info on that group if anyone has any. Ed Harding
