found some info from www.cookshangout.com about Elizabeth Jane Hollis
Born: August 17, 1827 in Cannon Co, TN
Died: April 14, 1899 in Yellville, Arkansas
Parents: Robert Jesse Hollis, Sr and Nancy Duncan
Spouse: Raford Cannon - they were married August 17, 1843 in Cannon Co, TN
Children: William Lewis Cannon, Sarah E. Cannon, Rachael Cannon and John R. Cannon
Hope this helps. My husband is a descendant of John Hollis so I just recently found this website with his parents' names on it.
