I couldn't tell from your message whether Lily was born in Caistor or moved there later, so I am not sure whether the following information is relevant.
The 1881 Census for Caistor has 1 Hollingsworth family, that of Thomas and Mary, with children named John, James, and Fred.
Have you been able to find Lily in the 1901 Lincoln Census? That might give you a starting point in trying to track this family.
