Posted by: Christopher Holliday (ID *****7533) Date: August 03, 2007 at 15:51:48   of 1718 Hello! I'm originally from Winchester, Virginia... currently in Boston, MA. I know very little about the origins and ancestry of my family name, "Holliday". I know more about my mother's maiden name... My father doesn't have a lot of knowledge on the subject and I'm at a loss for whom to turn to... Just trying to figure out which tree I belong in. I know there are a lot of Hollidays out there... but I assume I'm not related to them all. My grandfather was Melford "Buzz" Holliday, who passed in 2007. Maybe that will get the ball rolling...
