Just want to post this new info on John Q.'s death.
I have finally found a death date and place of John Q. Holliday. He DID NOT die June 1900, as this was the date of the census record that listed Sarah A. Holliday, John's 3rd wife, as a widow with Newell Holliday, John and Nancy Ann Philpot Roby's son, listed in the household as her stepson! John Q. died Feb. 5, 1892 in Spring Hill, Arkansas and is buried at Spring Hill cemetery in Arkansas as is Sarah. John was buried on the 6th of Feb. 1892 and the total cost of his funeral ( including a $1.00 charge for a robe for burial) was $10.00. Anyone interested in having a copy of this info from the death book from that time, contact me or Becky Romero.
With so much incorrect info out there I just had to let people know the right dates!
