I'm interested in Clyde B. Holliday. He married into my Moore family.
Clyde has not been found on any census other than the 1930 Msucatine, IA federal census with his wife, Bertha, and 4 children, Stella, Lorrine, Donald, and Delores.Stella was 11 and born in IA, but they have not been found on the 1920 IA census, even searching other HOLLIDAY names in case they lived with a relative. He was a button maker and owned his own button shop.He was also mentioned in a formal education paper as being "likeminded" in space exploration.I don't know the connection yet, just having found the item.
In an obit, dated 1934, the couple lived in Muscatine. In an obit dated 1946, they lived in Davenport. In the cemetery records for Muscatine, I found the couple and possibly their son.I'm waiting for obits on them.

There were other Holliday entries in Greenwood Cemetery, but I didn't copy them.
Do you suppose your Clyde Holliday is my Clyde Holliday? His birth was listed as IA in the census, but we know how errors creep in.
