I noticed that you mentioned the surname Holle in association with State Center, Iowa. I have Holle ancestors from State Center and know very little about their other relatives. I'm wondering if my State Center/Marshall County Holles are related to yours?
Friedrich Holle mar. to Wilhelmine Anna Schaper on 4/15/4883 in Minnerva Twnshp, Marshall County, Iowa.
They had Wilhelmine Johanne Marie Holle (b. 3/25/1884) who married Ernest August Hilleman on 7/7/1907 in Story County, Iowa.
