Bernice is the best genealogical sleuth I know, and she knows very well that pieces of information pop up in the most unexpected places. Her information shows that the wife of Gabriel Golden was certainly not the later wife of John, Sr., of COLONIAL MARYLAND FAMILIES OF JOHN AND CHARLES HOLLINGSWORTH published by me.
Dr. Carson Gibb has published a supplement to EARLY SETTLERS OF MARYLAND by Gus Skordas. He lists three different John Hollingsworth men who were transported to Maryland, in 1650, 1658, and 1665. Skordas names a John who immigrated in 1666, as well as the 1650 John.
