I have been to the digital card file of the UVA Library where I found the following Land Patents/Grants for these men in Virginia. Thomas--Henry Co.--March 1781; Thomas--Patrick Co.--March 1800, October 1805, Sept. 1809. James--Patrick Co.--Sept. 1809 (next to Thomas). Thomas, Jr.--Patrick Co., July 1823, Sept. 1823. All of the land was on Blackberry Creek.

William, Sr.--Patrick Co.--Aug. 1848. William--Patrick Co.--Sept. 1848. Both on Mayo Creek.

John--Carroll Co.--Nov. 1856. John, Phillip, Aaron--April 1856. This was Greasy Creek.
