Hi, thanks for your reply. I have two Israel's in my family but both are from New Jersey. Actually there are three. The first Israel is found in "Rockaway Records" and was born about 1745, one of the first settlers of New Milford. He married a sister of Leonard Cole. The second Israel was born in Abt 1781, but I have been unable to trace him. The third Israel was born 1810 in Jefferson Township, New Jersey, married Mary A. Leonard.
