Hi Tracy:
From what I have for info our families don't match. The Mary Ann Holdsworth appearing in my family was Mary Ann Jowett who married my g-g grandfather Wm Holdsworth. Wm and Mary Ann moved their family to the US in the late 1880's and settled in Worcester, Ma. I'll check some unrelated documents I have but it looks like different families.
