Hello Everyone,
I am new to this site but I have been working on my family history for a few years now. I have traced my family back to Arthur Holdaway b. 1850 who married Harriet (possibly Warner) b. 1851. the were both born inst john's wood middlesex england. their children include arthur holdaway b. 1872; charles holdaway b. 1873; Louisa holdaway b. 1875; ellen holdaway b. 1877; caroline holdaway b. 1879; georgina holdaway b.1881; and gheorge leonard holdaway b. 1886. I know the Arthur holdaway b. 1872 married Emma Bowden b. 1875 their children include arthur holdaway b. 1896; cecil holdaway b. 1899; Edwin E.E. Holdaway b. 1901.
Edwin E.E. holdaway had two wives one died in canada on april 10th 1925 at the age of 22 (i do not know her name) he later married loretta charette on july 16 1937 in amherstburg ontarion canada they had 3 children.
Of the decendants of the 1st Arthur Holdaway I know their son George Leonard b. 1886 married an emma susan ashley and moved to montreal at some point. If anyone has any further information i am very interested.
