I recently learned that my Holcomb/Holcombe line is possibly connected to a Ferris line.

Hi,
I saw your posting on the Holcomb genforum. I've been doing some reasearch also. I have found where Obediah Holcomb married Rachel Ferris on Dec 20 1819 in Huron County. I'm tracing my Ferris roots and now wonder if Rachel is possibly a sister to my ggggrandfather James Ferris Jr. who married Florinda Smith on the same day. May have been a double wedding. hope this helps you some.

Hope this info. is helpful for researchers.
