This is an update to my own posting just in case anyone out there recognizes any names or information. I've learned that John HOhl's father Frank Smith Hohl was born in New York in Oct 1856. What I learned that has me really stumped is that Frank's parents, names unknown at this time, were both born in France. Anyone out there ever heard of Hohl famly from France???? While I'm going to continue to work on this myself, and I'll post here if I learn anything, I wanted to post my most recent information in case any of you have similiar stories.
