I also have Hogue with a son named Shannon.
My ancestor is Andrew Jackson Hogue who was born abt 1814 in Kentucky. He went to Missouri as well and married Jane
Wilkerson. They had children Alice, Hardin, Susan, Shannon and Dorcus. Alice was my great, great Grandmother.
The family lived in Lincoln County and Pike County Missouri that I know of. It is interesting that the name Shannon does pop up so often. I haven't been able to find
any info past Andrew Jackson Hogue.
