Isaac B. Hoggatt was born May 26, 1846 in Jefferson County, Tennessee. He died July 30, 1921 at Moody, Howell Co, MO. Married about 1870 to Sarah J. Overlees, born Feb. 22, 1849 in Phelps Co, Mo. died Oct 30, 1931, Moody, Missouri both buried Free Union Cemetery, Howell Co, MO.

He was a brother of my grandfather, Noah Anderson Hoggatt, therefore a great-uncle.
