As far as I know Elisha Hogg was born in Burys St Edmunds he married Maria Richardson in December 1843.
Maria was my grandmothers great Aunt. My grandmothers grandfather was Marias brother William Richardson and he married Margaret Stone.
I have been told that Maria Hogg(Richardson) was called Aunty Hogg and that her husbands family were connected to race horse training in Suffolk.
If ythis makes any sense to anyone please contact me
